唐山三孚硅业股份有限公司成立于2006年10月20日,地处唐山市曹妃甸区南堡经济开发区化工集中区,公司注册资金19,521.658万元,占地300.82余亩,总资产15.28亿元人民币,是一家以生产三氯氢硅、氢氧化钾、硫酸钾、四氯化硅为主的民营股份制企业。2017年6月28日,三孚硅业正式登陆上海证券交易所主板挂牌上市,股票代码:603938。
唐山三孚硅业股份有限公司所在区域基础设施完善配套,交通网络便捷发达。75公里范围内分布有天津新港、唐山港曹妃甸港区、唐山港京唐港区三大港口和天津、唐山两大机场。唐曹、沿海两条高速公路和丰碱线、唐柏线直达公司所在地。该公司目前年产三氯氢硅6.5万吨,四氯化硅4.031万吨、氢氧化钾5.6万吨,硫酸钾10万吨,是国内较大的三氯氢硅生产基地。

1.1.3项目提出的背景,投资的目的、意义和必要性
随着全球信息化时代的到来,半导体硅材料的用量剧增。同时绿色环保的太阳能发电技术越来越成熟、成本越来越低。太阳能发电成为全球新时尚。无论飞速发展的电子行业或太阳能发电都离不开多晶硅。近年来多晶硅市场出现严重的供不应求,价格飞涨。
国内外许多大财团纷纷到中国来投资建设多晶硅生产线。三氯氢硅作为生产多晶硅的必须原料亦日趋紧张。
四氯化硅是一种新型的化工基础原材料,广泛应用于多晶硅、光导纤维、气相白碳黑、石英玻璃、半导体器件和集成电路、有机氯硅烷等多种现代工业产品及原料的生产及制备。拥有广泛的用途。2014年6月,公司上高纯四氯化硅提纯一期工程项目,可年产高纯度四氯化硅3万吨/年,填补了国内高纯四氯化硅使用大量依靠国外进口的空白。经厂家使用,该公司生产的高纯四氯化硅产品满足下游客户生产需求,且依托于运输及技术优势,价格低于国外进口的同类产品,获得了下游客户的一致好评。
2.1产品市场分析
2.1.1产品用途
三氯氢硅是合成有机硅的重要中间体,同时也是制备半导体级多晶硅和太阳能电池级多晶硅的主要原料。有机硅产品大致分为硅油、硅橡胶、硅树脂、硅烷偶联剂等四大类产品。其中,使用三氯氢硅为原料的硅烷偶联剂产品具备品种多、结构复杂、用量少而效果显著、用途广泛等特点。硅烷偶联剂几乎可用与任何一种材料交联,包括热固性材料、热塑性材料、密封剂、橡胶、亲水性聚合物以及无机材料等,在太阳能电池、玻璃纤维、增强树脂、精密陶瓷纤维和光纤保护膜等方面,偶联剂扮演一个重要角色,并在这些行业中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。
四氯化硅是一种新型的化工基础原材料,广泛应用于多晶硅、光导纤维、气相白碳黑、石英玻璃、半导体器件和集成电路、有机氯硅烷等多种现代工业产品及原料的生产及制备,拥有广泛的用途。
高纯四氯化硅主要用于光纤预制棒生产。光纤预制棒,又称光导纤维预制棒,简称光棒。光纤预制棒用于制造光纤。光纤预制棒作为制作光纤、光缆的重要基础材料,被誉为光通信产业“皇冠上的明珠”。对光纤光缆产业而言,光纤预制棒的技术水平具有决定性的作用。
我国在光纤预制棒生产、科研以及其生产原料领域起步较晚,光纤预制棒近90%依赖进口。为了突破光纤预制棒的技术瓶颈,打破长期严重依赖进口的局面,实现光纤级四氯化硅生产技术国有化,提高国内企业的竞争力,弥补市场的不足,建设四氯化硅生产企业显得尤为重要

三氯氢硅是一个市场化程度较高,竞争较为充分的行业。行业产品价格容易受上游原材料及下游需求的影响。近年来,受欧债危机和欧美“反倾销、反补贴”的影响,多晶硅行业出现了较大的波动,导致不具备规模、成本优势的企业逐步退出了三氯氢硅行业,行业集中度逐步增强。
由于三氯氢硅产品及其主要原材料氯化氢的化学性质决定了其运输难度较大,运输成本较高,同时考虑市场因素,所以三氯氢硅企业大多靠近氯碱企业或多晶硅生产企业,行业分布具有一定的地域性特征,主要集中在华东、华北、中南和西北地区。
